All research results will be provided along with any certificates and other documentation sourced during the research. We will also supply PDF files of the information, along with a GEDCOM file, enabling you or future researchers to upload the information into genealogy software or onto one of the many websites that exist today.

Are you looking to start your own research, but are not sure where to begin? Then this could be for you. If you provide birth or marriage details of one of your parents or grandparents from the early part of the 20th century, we will research their ancestry and provide you with copies of certificates, census returns from 1901 and 1911, along with some guidance on where to look next.

Starting Out
We can research one or more of your ancestral lines back as far as the early 1800s, typically around 5 or 6 generations. Once we have carried out the research, you will be provided with a detailed family tree chart, plus the documentation described above.
If you later decide to commission further research, we will add this to your existing chart, thus enabling you to build your family history as your budget allows.

We offer a variety of research services to help you overcome a roadblock in your own research, or just to add to what you have already collected.
We can provide research services for 1837 onwards convering England and Wales, and from 1855 onwards for Scotland. We can also undertake Parish Record and other archive research for most locations in the UK.

Tree Printing
If you decide to have your family tree printed, we can help by offering to have your tree printed onto a single roll of canvas. Costs are dependent of size of tree, so contact us for more details.

Consultation and Tuition
We can offer consultation services to help you understand the information that exists to assist you with your research, and we also offer tuition to get you started in uncovering your family history. These can either be face-to-face, over the telephone, or via email. Contact us to discuss your needs.
